An advisory and introduction service for owners of businesses in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We are not an attorney, accountant, real estate broker, investment adviser or securities broker-dealer, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. We do not draft purchase agreements or negotiate the sale of real estate. Virginia law requires a real estate license to negotiate real estate transactions for compensation, and we do not hold one.
How we could be paid
The intake form and first conversation are free. If you later ask us for an introduction to a buyer, attorney, CPA, lender or licensed broker, we will tell you in writing, before the introduction, whether we could receive a referral fee or other compensation, and how much. You can decline. No fee is charged to you for starting.
Possible conflicts
We or an affiliate may at times be interested in buying a business. If that applies to your business, we will say so in writing before discussing price, and you are free to work with someone else.
Valuation data
Figures on this site come from third-party market statistics (BizBuySell, as cited) that cover reported sales, are self-reported and skew toward smaller deals. They are not an appraisal, broker opinion of value, or offer, and your business may sell for much more or less. Calculators are for orientation only.
No guarantees
We do not promise a sale, a price or a timeline. Statistics about owners and market activity are cited to their sources.
